I spend a lot of my free time listening to Stronger By Science , and Iron Culture , podcasts by natural athletes dedicated to the latest research in strength, nutrition and hypertrophy. My biggest mistake when I started was I listened to Men’s Fitness magazine, following workout programs from people who are gifted genetically, or were using PEDs. I was skinny fat . I have a family history of diabetes. A slower metabolism. But I was able to find the diet and programming that could help me work through that, and I want to do the same for other people. It depends on your fitness level and fitness goals, but overall it’s less of a boot camp type class, and more focused on technique. We’ll certainly work to burn calories, but whether it’s weight lifting, or boxing, I want your technique to be proficient.
